Are Derma E products 100% vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes, all Derma E products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We do not use animal by-products and we never test on animals, earning us the Leaping Bunny certification.

How long does shipping take for my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

Do your products contain parabens or sulfates?

No. Our 'Refuse to Use' list includes over 2,700 common ingredients that are known to be toxic to human health and the environment, including parabens, sulfates, phthalates, and mineral oil.

Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?

Our system only allows for one discount code per transaction. However, reward points can often be redeemed in conjunction with specific sitewide promotions.

Are the product containers recyclable?

We are committed to sustainability. Most of our packaging is recyclable, and we use wind energy certificates to offset our carbon footprint during the manufacturing process.
